  Working with Team Susan Forrest and Sherry Pilkington was a fantastic experience! We tasked Sherry with finding us a home in an area that we had previously moved from. Sherry thought of us immediately when she knew that a home in the neighbourhood we wanted was being listed and she arranged for a prompt viewing. The home was perfect and we made an offer which was accepted. During our search for a home back in our old neighbourhood Sherry stayed in touch and always kept us informed. To complete the move we had a home to sell in Nanaimo and didn't hesitate to list it with Team Susan Forrest. We were thrilled when our home sold quickly. We experienced wonderful service from every member of the team. The photographers were excellent and the office staff was always pleasant and efficient. We were very impressed when we saw our home in Homes and Land Magazine! The process of selling a home has so many components, the photos, 3D photos and you need a professional to market it properly. Team Susan Forrest made buying and selling easy and stress free. Team Susan Forrest has assisted other members of our family with home purchases and just a few weeks ago they assisted another. It takes effort to drop what you are doing to show properties in this busy market but Susan and Sherry are very accommodating. At the end of the day our family members are ecstatic and can't say enough about the team. We are all loyal clients of Team Susan Forrest!

  Our purchase experience was very positive. The team was professional, things were handled in a timely manner, the office staff was friendly and everyone knew what they were doing. We have always used Royal LePage. We picked Team Susan Forrest simply because Susan’s name was on the sign and we wanted to go direct rather than using another realtor. Gary also saw the listing online. We called the office and Ashley Bowles got the luck of the draw and she made herself immediately available to us even coming to our house.

The actual sale process took a bit longer, and Susan and her entire Team were nothing short of outstanding during that time. They took care of all the little and big tasks, made sure everything went off like clockwork, and were always there when something was needed. Our decision to sell was driven by necessity rather than choice, and having such wonderful and caring people look after us at a challenging period in our lives was a true godsend.
