    I do like the gym, but find their choice of music not to my liking and a way to loud at times.

    Nice gym, a little on the smaller side but the equipment is updated, staff is friendly and it's a comfortable atmosphere. In my opinion the rates need to be adjusted as it's not a high end club. The class hours accommodate seniors who don't work during the day more than the younger crowd, and day drop-ins are expensive ($12).

    Love training here when visiting. I own a Crossfit in Vancouver so I was delighted to find a gym with platforms, chalk, weighted belts, rowers, a gym with good stuff and people training hard. It’s impeccably clean and compared to other gym in the area, there is no contest. For what the provide, the drop in price is more then fair.

    I attempted to find out some info about your gym by dropping by last Saturday evening. I waited for around 25 minutes and no one was around... disappointed to say the least. I get a bad feeling that customer service isn't a priority. Hope you deal with the issue.

    Great gym with a wide selection of equipment. Very well maintained Olympic lifting platforms with bumper plates. Top notch facility for any serious lifter.
