  My experience has not been good, I went to get my motorcycle license and failed the knowledge test the first time, and the lady told me I wouldn’t have to pay, and or do the paperwork + bring in a second piece of ID again. I come back a week later and a different lady is working and she says that there’s nothing in the documents and says I have to pay again and bring in my second piece of ID. I’m completely fine with paying again and all that but why would she have told me I didn’t have to? And the first lady I met was very nice, I don’t get it.

  Was here Jan 19 am at Parksville location and had a new employee being trained was absolutely best service ever very friendly professional knowledgable and it was good for me because I was getting a new type of policy so I walked out feeling like I actually understood everything I was getting . Unlike most other times I got insurance from other places I really had no idea what I was actually covered for because they just rush ya out through all the paper work.

  I've been a member for over 20 years and have never had anything but helpful friendly service. I have had two mortgages with them and both times was treated with sincerity and understanding. It's a good financial institution to do business with.

  I've always encountered genuinely human and humane treatment. Pleasant conversation, demeanor, courtesy which is natural and sincere, trustworthy!! Recommend them to anyone.
