    Very pleasant, prompt, thorough and professional service.

    Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. Was told they had a car for me and was also told they could bill my insurance company. Get there 2 hours later, guess what??? NO car, and they can't bill my insurance company. Go to Nanaimo, or Comox even. I had to give them one star to post. In truth they deserve 0.

    The F350 we rented was great .. I don't think it ever worked that hard before
